Not Covered

• Repair or replacement of faulty components
• Electrical modifications or rewiring works
• Civil work (wall cutting, drilling, patching, painting)
• Government certification or statutory approvals (if required)

Service Cost

• ₹1,000 – ₹10,000 per site (depending on system size and complexity)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on installation size, load capacity, and inspection depth

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access to all electrical panels and installations.
• Any faults identified during inspection will require separate quotation for rectification.
• Service charges may vary based on site size, complexity, and inspection requirements.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing wiring defects, unsafe installations, or hidden faults.
• Inspection report and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon completion of inspection unless otherwise agreed.
