• Technician labor charges
• Wiring installation and termination services
• Testing and commissioning
• Minor consumables required for service

Not Covered

• Cost of wires, conduits, switches, sockets, DBs, and accessories
• Civil work (wall cutting, chasing, patching, painting) unless specified
• Electrical fixtures and appliances
• Additional modifications beyond approved scope

Service Cost

• ₹25 – ₹80 per sq.ft. or ₹80 – ₹250 per wiring point (excluding materials)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹500 – ₹2,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on wiring type, project size, site conditions, and scope of work

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the work area.
• Wiring materials, conduits, switches, sockets, DBs, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in the quotation.
• Civil work, painting, and restoration activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and executed only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary based on site conditions, wiring complexity, and project requirements.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing electrical faults, concealed structural issues, or unauthorized modifications.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed as per agreed project milestones or service terms.
