Not Covered

• Cost of appliances, brackets, stands, pipes, hoses, and accessories
• New wiring or additional power points
• Civil work (wall cutting, drilling, patching, painting) beyond standard installation
• Plumbing and carpentry work not related to installation

Service Cost

• ₹500 – ₹2,500 per appliance (excluding materials and accessories)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on appliance type, installation complexity, and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation area.
• Appliances, mounting brackets, accessories, and replacement materials will be charged separately.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and carried out only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary depending on appliance type, installation complexity, and site conditions.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for manufacturer defects, warranty issues, or pre-existing appliance faults.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
