• Cost of lights, fixtures, drivers, and accessories
• New wiring or major rewiring works
• Civil work (wall cutting, drilling, patching, painting)
• Additional electrical modifications beyond scope

Service Cost

• ₹300 – ₹1,500 per light point (excluding materials)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on fixture type, mounting height, quantity, and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the service area.
• Lights, fixtures, drivers, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in the quotation.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and carried out only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary depending on fixture type, installation complexity, and site conditions.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing wiring faults, concealed defects, or poor-quality installations.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
