Not Covered

• Cost of spare parts and replacement materials
• Major rewiring and electrical modifications
• Civil work (wall cutting, drilling, patching, painting)
• Replacement of damaged electrical equipment

Service Cost

• ₹500 – ₹2,000 per service visit (excluding spare parts)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on fault complexity and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the service area.
• Spare parts, replacement materials, and accessories will be charged separately.
• Any additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and carried out only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary depending on fault severity, site conditions, and accessibility.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing wiring faults, concealed defects, or equipment failures.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
