Not Covered

• Cost of UPS, inverter, batteries, cables, and accessories
• Replacement of faulty components or batteries
• Major rewiring or electrical modifications
• Repair of internal PCB or manufacturer-level faults (unless specified)

Service Cost

• ₹500 – ₹2,000 per visit (excluding spare parts)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on fault complexity and system condition

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the backup system.
• Spare parts, batteries, and replacement components will be charged separately.
• Any additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and executed only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary depending on system type, fault severity, and site conditions.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, battery degradation, or manufacturer defects.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
