Not Covered

• Cost of batteries, cables, connectors, and accessories
• Battery replacement or repair (if faulty)
• UPS/inverter repair services
• New wiring or system modifications

Service Cost

• ₹500 – ₹2,500 per battery system (excluding materials)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on battery type, capacity, and installation complexity

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the battery installation area.
• Batteries, cables, connectors, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Faulty batteries identified during inspection will not be repaired and will require replacement.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and executed only after approval.
• Service charges may vary based on battery type, capacity, and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for battery manufacturing defects, aging, or performance degradation.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
