Not Covered

• Cost of UPS, inverter, batteries, cables, and accessories
• New wiring or major rewiring works
• Civil work (wall cutting, drilling, patching, painting)
• Repair of faulty UPS/inverter or batteries

Service Cost

• ₹800 – ₹3,500 per unit (excluding materials)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on system capacity, battery setup, and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation area.
• UPS, inverter, batteries, cables, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and executed only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary depending on system capacity, load requirements, and installation complexity.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for manufacturer defects, battery performance issues, or pre-existing faults.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
